Windrock Bike Park is proud to present the School of Rock. From the beginning, our trails were designed to nurture performance driven athletes to compete at the highest levels of mountain biking. Over the years, our training strategies and facilities have guided the path for some of North America's most talented athletes. The time is here, for us to open the doors to a new generation of talent. Take the next step in your racing career at the School of Rock.

School of Rock - Level 1 Day Camp with Chris Grice

Designed to introduce racers to the fundamentals of performance and racing strategy. Each camp is tailored to the group’s needs and with the guidance of professional coaches and World Cup downhill athletes, each rider will be assessed and guided to improve their riding and racing.

Level 1 day camps require some experience with racing. We offer private lessons if you are new to downhill riding. If you are wondering if this camp is for you, please email us at windrockbikepark@gmail.com with your background and questions.

8AM-9AM: Check In

9AM-10AM: Intro & bike check / setup talk 

10AM-12PM: Warmup / assessment / fundamental concepts and application 

12PM-1PM: Lunch Break - Bring your own lunch

1PM-2PM: Cornering 

2PM-3PM:Track walk and line choice W/ Chris Grice

3PM-4PM: Practice with assessment and sessioning 

4PM-5PM; Timed runs and final assessment/Q&A
